The Wine Place offers a wide variety of you-brew wines and coolers from juice, concentrates, or on the skins.
Brewing & Batch Information
How long does the wine brew?
It largely depends on the type of wine that you choose to brew. Concentrates take approximately 5 weeks. Juices approximately 6 weeks. On the Skins will take 6-7 weeks to completion. We will contact you when the wine has been filtered and ready for bottling.
You are now ready to sterilize and rinse bottles in order to bottle the finished wine. Each "batch" makes 30 750mL bottles.
Every 'batch' of wine includes corks, labels and shrink wraps of your own choice. Bottles are available if needed.
You now have a professional looking bottle of wine that you will be proud to serve to your friends and family. The whole process of bottling takes about 30 minutes. Some wines are ready to drink immediately but most are enhanced after a few months.
Wines made from concentrates will show definite improvement with a month to two in the bottle, while the wines made from juices will peak at 12 to 16 months.
